Product Information & Pricing

Machine specifications, images and prices shown on the website are indicative and may change without notice.
Final price, availability and specifications are confirmed only on quotation.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

Orders & Payments

An order is confirmed only after advance payment and written confirmation from our team.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI or as agreed.
Delivery time starts after order confirmation and may vary based on machine availability and customisation.

Warranty & Returns

Machines carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to terms mentioned on the invoice.
Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised repairs, normal wear parts or damage during transit caused by mishandling.
Custom-built machines are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Delivery

We deliver across India. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery at the destination. The buyer must inspect goods at the time of delivery and report any transit damage immediately.

Limitation of Liability

ASVR Machine shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our machines or website content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
